Position: MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities
- To manage the profit & loss of the Marketing Division focusing on brand sales, profit and market share.
- To guide the marketing team in the development of marketing plans, marketing objectives & strategies.
- To identify, evaluate & exploit market opportunities of profitable market sector.
- To develop and manage the annual sales target and budget control to track marketing sales and budgets, as well as promoter sales and budgets.
- To formulate strategies and proactive actions to respond to brand issues, change in consumer trends, competitive launches and threats, stock-outs and over-stock.
- To guide the Training Manager to develop in-house training programs to upgrade the selling skills and product knowledge of the promoters to ensure consumer off-take.
Qualification
Professional qualifications in marketing or business management.
Knowledge / Skills
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Good working knowledge of personal computers.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing management, ideally in FMCG environment.
