Position: MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities

  1. To manage the profit & loss of the Marketing Division focusing on brand sales, profit and market share.
  2. To guide the marketing team in the development of marketing plans, marketing objectives & strategies.
  3. To identify, evaluate & exploit market opportunities of profitable market sector.
  4. To develop and manage the annual sales target and budget control to track marketing sales and budgets, as well as promoter sales and budgets.
  5. To formulate strategies and proactive actions to respond to brand issues, change in consumer trends, competitive launches and threats, stock-outs and over-stock.
  6. To guide the Training Manager to develop in-house training programs to upgrade the selling skills and product knowledge of the promoters to ensure consumer off-take.

Qualification
Professional qualifications in marketing or business management.


Knowledge / Skills

  1. Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
  2. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  3. Good working knowledge of  personal computers.
  4. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.


Experience
Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing management, ideally in FMCG environment.
